Nice to have the boys back from Norfolk duties we had a squad of 24 all of whom got on the pitch, still missing the boys at Eastern Counties.
A strong start from Beccles held us in the middle of the pitch but that only lasted for the first 8-10 minutes before we relaxed and were allowed to play with style.
Strong forward play gave a platform for the backs to work with and the ball was allowed to pass fluently across the pitch most of the time.
Nice to see that most of the time the forwards provided good support which only highlighted the times that someone was isolated
Also good to see the wingers turning up all over the pitch and not just sticking to their own wings.
A good performance all round and played in a good spirit, thanks boys.
