Oct 09 - West Norfolk (A)
L 70 - 5 - Report attached

On a Sunday morning that Wymondham U14s would probably prefer to forget, a somewhat depleted side travelled accross to Kings Lynn. West Norfolk presented a strong side with both size and speed, including both county and regional representatives. Having said this, Wymondham performed poorly, with few highlights. West Norfolk scored early tries from weak Wymondham defence, poor tackling and a general lack of committment, particularly in open play. They continued from where they started off. Wymondham were able to hold their own in scrums and lineouts but in practically every other area of the game we were outplayed.
One highlight in the second half was Oli's try in which he crashed over after one of the few periods of sustained Wymondham play.
MVP was Toby Craven, for his tackling and strong runs.
Phil.
