Wymondham Rugby Club Clubhouse Hire Charges
Availability for Private Functions, BBQ’s and Private Parties.
| September/April - | Most week days and Friday nights. |
| May & June - | Most days and evenings including Friday and Saturdays. |
| July & August - | Most days and Friday and Saturday evenings. |

| Alcohol and Bar | A running charge of £10 per hour will be made to open the bar. This will be charged in advance and refunded in full if the bar turnover exceeds £600 |
| Alcohol supplied by the hirer to the function will be charged corkage subject to negotiation. | |
| Alcohol will be served subject to our terms and conditions. | |
| The bar will close at 11pm. Special licence extensions to midnight can be applied for and arranged subject to negotiation and notice at an additional cost of £30. (not refundable if declined by South Norfolk council or Norfolk police). | |
| Buffets and BBQ’s | A limited range of bar snacks are available behind the bar. If your function requires food we are happy for you to supply it yourself including BBQ’s (discuss with us) |
| Additional marquees and tents | To be supplied by the hirer subject to negotiation. |

A 33% discount on the hire charge will be given to club members.
A Security of £100 will be charged in advance and held to cover incidental damages; breakages and compliance to the tidying up clause (see terms and conditions). This will be refunded following the function less any deductions.
